ding ding ding. we were just trying to find a PC-series with 120 mm fans. thats the PC-7. then she shipped out the plus!! and a note. meh, worked out fine, the side fan vents the hot 88gts air

I just got one of those for my daughter.......excellent,clean case. and 90 bucks to boot!!

If you look on the Bezel there are numerous vent holes running up both sides. The air basically Flows out both sides of the bezel. If it ever gets too hot as the system is upgraded and overclocked I will conside modding the Bezel to include a vent for the exhaust but for now it's running quite well. With the E6600 and 8800GTX at stock clocks I am running;

Idle Temps: CPU 41'C GPU 69'C
Load Temps: CPU 49'C GPU 76'C

I could probably reverse the Flow in the case, but I would have to Flip the PSU to prevent it from sucking all of the cool intake air right back out of the case.

Where did you get the window???? or did you mod it yourself???

yeah ive had my 7B for a year and a half now.... i love this case. the 120's in the front and back are really nice. Just a pleasure to work with this case.

I remember seeing those pics awhile back, personally I think that the huge rad and overly skinny tubing would make for a bad situation (flow wise) in the loop...but if it works it works, and it does achieve a nice look.

yeah, they are kind of a large rad, but then again they are passively cooled so need a larger surface area.
A few friends have used them with varied amounts of success... they are great for a silent system though.

I took some rough Pictures of my new rig at my friends house tonight.
I know that these are not the best and I will upload some better ones soon.
But for now... here she is :D

I still need to add the UV lights, cut the side window out, tweak some of the
wires a little bit more, and add the Killer Nic card :)

smopoim86.......your comp looks like a bonfire on the 4th of July.......holy shit......it would scare me alone in the dark!!!! Wild job, there.

Question: Does anyone know how big of a fan you can fit in the back of the PC60B PlusII? I'm looking at the 80mm in mine, and there seems to be a little room around it. If possible, I want to put a larger, quieter fan in there (and the top, but there's plenty of room for expansion there).

If your willing to mod it the options are dual 80's or a single 92 ( i had a single 92 in my PC-60)

I have a 120 in the back of my PC-6000. It's a tight fit, but it will go in. At the moment I have a Scythe FDB @ 5v back there and it's near silent.

Measure twice, cut once... ;)

Won't fit in my case. I tried with the 120 from the side panel, and it's not even close to fitting. Darn removable M/B tray!

Yeah fucken removable mobo tray...I just installed by Tuniq Tower to find out that it wouldn't slide in and out because the tower is too big! Now I wish I bought the PC-7 :(

I love the look of Lian Li cases...they're so neat and tidy.

Like other cases (Thermaltake, Coolermaster) go for a fancy design of some sort, but Lian Li is so simple. Black and boxy lol.

Ya I kno there's silver but 'black and boxy' sounded nicer :p

very nice... clean and simple, which makes it look 110% better than a lot of cases/systems out there. To many people overdo it with lights and crap... yours is just the exact right combination!

well... that's my (Canadian) $0.02 worth (so, about 1/5th of a US cent LMAO)

love the fiber optic style with the acrylic on top of the g card really light it up
perfect blend of lights and style

Thx for the nice comments guys ! :)

Silverstone makes a 92mm fan that will fit in the set-up for an 80mm fan.
Look here for details:http://www.performance-pcs.com/catalog/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=37&products_id=3608

The retailer doesnt matter to me, its the product that pretty cool. That Deadeye place looks enticing, I like performancepcs, good stuff, good price, excellent service, quick ship-out......

I'm soon getting the PC-V2000BplusII(in a week), do you have any modding/cable management tips or idea?

I want a clean not over the top look, i've been browsing this thread, i've seen a lot of great mod :p

I'll definitely paint the inside black, and the dvd-rom will be hidden behind a cut and taped 5.25 cover bay.... But no side window, you might think it's weird to mod and not put a window, but I want a stealthy look but still cute when opened(my own private computer porn hehe)

Ideas, tips??? My first mod, my first cable management as well
