That FC4 trailer has a lot of talk, not a lot of interesting footage. Horrible reveal trailer. It probably is *in-game* footage, though. Modern engines are capable of doing on the fly rendering with even better fidelity then that, but we all know that our access to that level of graphics will be gimped when they start optimizing. They'll likely remove any advanced shaders that they run out of time to fix graphical errors on. Like they did with WatchDogs and FC3.

For me? FarCry is always about sneaking through bushes and scaling rocks, swimming whatnot and planning my attack on the enemy fort. So long as the environments are mostly open, and allow me to assault random enemy bases however I want, I'm good.

Also, what the hell is with FarCry and this 'ethnic bad guy versus respectable American White guy'?

I mean, let's face it: FarCry 1 was the only one where the bad guys were white. FarCry 3 was basically 'white man kills black men to save the brown people'.

Seriously... I wouldn't mind seeing a mindfuck racial reversal: like you play the Samuel L. Jackson black-as-hell badass and save a whole bunch of useless white people in Sweden from some albino fucker or some shit...

Being able to play FC4 with a friend will be great. Question remains if the entire game will support co-op or just for missions.

Might as well not lost co-op as a feature. People don't play FarCry over other shooters because they WANT a linear, mission-based-shooter. They forsake other games and play FarCry because it basically says: hey look, 20 odd square miles of enemy territory to take back. Go!

That would be like Skyrim supporting co-op for just dungeons. What the hell?

Buildings seem to be higher, much better looking world.
Graphics look... the same... as Arkham Origins?

And cars on the street. Pedestrians maybe? This looks fantastic.
UE3 is a miracle worker.
 
Having watched both Sony and Microsoft's presentation, I'd say Sony was more interesting. Apart from video games, they presented lots of info about upcoming features and product.

And yes, Uncharted 4! Might finally have to get the PS4 once this is released

I just hope they don't screw up the PC port of GTA5, only console I have is the Wii U and play almost all of my games on the PC. It would be nice if they for once didn't give us a glitchy mess for a Grand Theft Auto game.

Also I can't stand all of the rendered scenes during these presentations, show me the gameplay!

Ok [H], I'm packing up the last of my things into my day pack and headed to LA in the next hour. I picked up a GoPro Hero 3+ Black recently to shoot some good footage this year. My E3 partner couldn't go at the last minute so I"m going solo this year, which means I can do/see whatever I want.

If you have any requests as far as footage let me know here or PM me. Day 1 is usually film all day. Day 2 is acquire loot, and day 3 is film more.
