System Rebooting Need some Guidance

So, I've upgraded my current computer to a newer build and I'm having trouble with it locking up and rebooting while gaming. Here's the build

Asus P5Q PRO Turbo Motherboard
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550S Processor - 65W
4GB OCZ Reaper DDR2 800Mhz Memory
Sapphire Radeon HD 5850 Video Card - 1GB GDDR5 PCI-E 2.0
2 x 74GB WD Raptor HDD in RAID 0
1 x 500GB WD HDD
OCZ GameXStream OCZ600GXSSLI 600W PSU

While gaming for anywhere between 15 minutes to a few hours the system will randomly Lock up and reboot almost immediately without any BSOD or Errors of any kind. I've run Memtest86 & Prime95 4-Cores for over 24 hours with each program without any errors.

I've already RMA'd the video card and it's still having the issue. I can't tell if it's over heating or maybe I don't have a large enough PSU for the system....

Any feedback on how to test this thing to see what's the problem is would be helpful. I also check the Event Viewer only to have a Critical Error of

"The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly."

Which of course doesn't point me in the right direction.
 
Hmm, your Raid array are those SSDs?? Random question.. Also, 600 watt is probably a little on the small side considering you are running x3 HDD, x1 5870...I imagine it's right on the brink of being "tolerable." Also, I would check and make sure your memory timings are correct in BIOS. I know you said you ran memtest but I had a very similar problem and it was accredited to memory settings being wrong in BIOS. See if your memory is XMP and if your mobo supports it and go from there. ALSO, If it's not your memory that I would suggest something is overheating, I would like to say your video card but since you said it's already been RMAed I just don't know..

Raptor drives are mechanical drives, not SSDs.

[Testing the Hard Drive]
Download the CD image of Hitachi Drive Fitness Test, burn the ISO file to a CD, and then boot from it, just like you would do with the XP/Vista install CD. Test the hard drive and see if any problems are found. DFT will run on most manufacturers' hard drives. Alternatively, you can use Seagate's SeaTools for DOS to test a Seagate or Maxtor drive. For a Western Digital drive, you could use Data Lifeguard Tools for DOS to test a Western Digital drive.


[Testing the PSU]
Buy and use a digital multi-meter to monitor the voltages coming from the PSU. Follow the instructions for "Using a multi-meter to check voltages":

Do you have a weaker GPU you could put in there to test the system out?

Well, thanks for all the suggestions everyone! The PSU was the problem, I took out my HD 5850 and used an 2600XT and it stopped randomly rebooting, I'm just not pumping enough power to the card and 3 HDDs.

So, any suggestions on a good PSU? My current one is an OCZ but I'm up for suggestions.

Oh and Peanutskeeter the 74GB HDD's are old school Western Digital Raptor 10,000K RPM drives.
