Skyrim is like Oblivion, just much better. Oblivion was always the weakest entry in the series though after Arena.
 
can anyone tell me how big of a download the Skyrim Dawnguard DLC is?

The game is 5.8 gb alone, I doubt the DLC is only 200 mb.

1,156.4MB Download for the DLC. Downloading it now.

And if anyone buys Rage and whats to do some Co-Op. PM me and I'll share my Steam name. I love that game and Co Op is pretty bad ass.
 
Fallout 3 worth the $3.50 (after tax) to add to the backlog? I have so many games and will probably never play it but cant get any cheaper than that :p

I tend to agree. If I didn't have such a large backlog of games, I'd buy it. No point in buying it now considering by the time I get around to playing it, it'll be $20 (maybe less)

I actually thought the co-op missions (on Xbox) were really fun, maybe funner than the campaign. If this is really going on sale tomorrow for $5, I'll be willing to play co-op with anyone (SteamID: ArtificialEX).

How do we know this is going to be $4.99 tomorrow?

Where are you seeing it for 3.50? Was it cheaper earlier today or something? I'm seeing 6 something.

Looks like now all they have is the game of the year edition. Earlier they had the standard as well. If its a game actually care about I will buy the edition with all the extras but if its just something I will play for fun I usually just get the standard edition.

I've been waiting for today to get the Heretic + Hexen pack. I have been having the strangest urges to play those games lately.
 
I've bought more during this sale then I did with the Summer Sale.

I agree, I remember how immersed and excited I was when my character was going through the escalator getting computer implants, etc... Unfortunately that's about as far as I got in that game. I wonder if it's worth buying for some nostalgia.
 
Two games that stick in my mind to this date are Quake 2 and Marathon (mac game). I loved their stories. Dunno whatever happened with the CD for both though ;o. Think I'll pick it up, $2.49 is cheap :).

Lith, lfire, lmctf, chaos, action quake, jailbreak (q2 version was the best imo), gloom... Man was q2 fun!

But ra2 was my fav.
 
I grabbed the Doom pack, Quake bundle, and Wolfenstein bundle. I feel like going back and playing some older games....fit the bill quite nicely.

I was seriously disappointed when they dropped the UT version and the HL version kinda sucked.

I can't believe I missed this..I have been waiting for a cheap price on these..NV Ultimate is back up to $22, and unless I am wrong I still need to buy the base game as well?

New Vegas is a standalone game. You can buy it separately. : )

They were both 75% off during the Steam Summer Sale multiple times. My guess is they will be 75% off again during the winter sale.
