Can someone please help?

If you can get back to the cmd prompt:

chkdsk /r

and

sfc /scannow

After these, reboot

If you have no changes and nothing got fixed by those
then its time for a reinstall. I would format the drive too
cause you may have a MBR rootkit that unless ya smoke
the drive might remain and just inflict more pain down the road

Thanks I'll try that

but if I reinstall win7 without formating can I still get access to my desktop files and transfer them to other HDD. or even without formating I cannot access it.

MOBO and windows recognize the drive is that I cannot boot to it.
pain in the ass . Last night I can get into safemode screen by pressing F8 this morning I cannot even do that by pressing F8 computer restarts strange

yes you can as long as you do not delete the partition it's on

There might be an infection or the drive is damaged in some way. using an external enclosure and a scan will most likely resolve the issue

I am leery of just dropping the drive into another machine as a secondary one but you can do that as it will make the scanning about 3-4x faster and it is easier to work in disk manager

I have Intel xm-25 160GB SSD hope its not damages been using it for about 2 years now maybe a bit more.

I think I am going to reinstall on to the same partition (If possible) transfer files that I need and then
do a clean reainstall of win7 and format the SSD.

I tried everything still no luck I am not sure how to fix the boot problem.
