Let's hope Starcraft 2 allows the PC to go out with a bang....

Part 1 / Part 2.
Just played a huge poor sport in SC2 before servers went down. His name was Koko. Also, after I took down his main base the warning came up about 1 min till shutdown. He said gg and never left the game. Now I don't give a damn about stats, but poor sports who don't leave after they lose is very very annoying.
I dont like this game in MP. To much rush, my nerves cant stand it.
But i guess the campaign will be quite fun.
So... one of my friends plays Protoss. I play Zerg. We 1v1 a lot.
Our record is something like 30-2 in my favor.
However, he's not really doing anything wrong. He can hold off a roach rush fine, but as soon as I switch to Mutas, it's over. And of all the replays we watch, most platinum PvZ match-ups tend to end in a Zerg win, by a landslide.
Is it really this one-sided?
The biggest nerf to protoss in my opinion honestly has to be the observer nerf. I completely agree with it, you shouldn't have cloaked scouts so easily. Counters are the biggest part of the game and being able to scout so easily made protoss have a huge advantage. They making them cost as much as the zerg overlord upgrade is easily fair. As far as colossus getting nerfed, I agree with it too, I never lost teching to colossus. I think the changes are for the best, I like all of them and makes the playing field way more even.
I'm in gold now as well Refraxion. We need to update the username thread, I hope everyone still has the same user name.
Protoss anti-air is not very good. That said, Sentries are actually very potent muta counters. I wouldn't have known that without watching Orb's games. He is a top 5 platinum 1v1 and 2v2 ranked Protoss player that streams often on teamliquid. Anyway, I wouldn't have thought of sentries as a good muta counter since they are supposed to be support units with their spellcasting and low HP, but their DPS against mutas is actually very high. Their guardian shield ability also kills whatever splash damage the mutas dish out. It seems like an equal number of sentries (with good shield micro) versus mutas will result in victory for the sentries. I know, crazy.
We'll see if the stalker buff makes them more valuable for AA.
GGs Serpico, sorry Twilight Fortress is the worst map in the world. I think I was starting to lose my mind during that last match. What a crock, anyway we should most certainly play again soon.
Sentries were known to be a muta counter I believe like second week of beta. The downside of it is their speed.
I actually own the ling/muta strat now. A good timed push against them will help you out a ton.
Its funny because both of us were like "I sure hope we don't get that map" and we get hosed with it twice. Why no Metalocalypse?
Anyway, 2v2 is awesome, I almost feel like I've been missing out since most of the games I've played (about 90) have been 1v1. GGs!
For any of you that are WAY into this.
