you must have played a much difrent WOW then I have,
I played the one where at low levels you just zerg the crap out of stuff, and maybe the classes with heals throw a heal now and then, and at high levels you require a tank, a healer, and 3 DPS, all with some idea of what they are doing.
If you go into somewhere like, Ragefire Chasm for example, there is no requirement for off tanking or off healing, no need to know encounter mechanics (like those healing bots in this video and the lieutenant who needs to be off-tanked), and so on.
Nothing cleaves in Ragefire Chasm. Nothing puts anything on the ground to move out of. Nothing puts on a debuff that absolutely must be cleaned off. Nothing requires that you even pay attention to where you're standing or what abilities you're mashing. Low level instances in WoW do jack to prepare you for what is required in a heroic or a raid, and that's part of the reason why people are so bad.
If this video is any indication, they start working people into their class roles very early on, which is going to breed a much more skilled player on average than in WoW.
