It has shorter cables (SC) for SFF cases and comes with temperature regulated fan.
 
Same thing as the regular, except with shorter cables.

The regular one comes with fucking LONG cables.

Yes the SC version comes with short cables. The normal version has particularly long cables, longer than the average PSU.
