Show Your LCD(s) setups!!!

Just moved into my new house.. so thought I would post pics of my updated setup

TV is sony kds-60a2000, 60 inch SXRD
Speakers: Bowers and Wilkins 685s and HTM62 Center channel running from Onkyo TX-SR804

(Center channel will be above TV when finished, for some reason the shelf that goes there was backordered when I bought that piece of furniture)

My favorited part about my setup is that everything is hidden away and closed off when I want it to be

Yeah, i originally had two, one for games that i play on Live, and the other was for when i play offline so i can use my backups. Then one day, my Live console went 3RROD on me so i thought the repair would take a while. Got another 360 without the hard drive to use in the mean time but a few days later the 360 was repaired and returned from Microsoft!

Since then i've had to RMA one power supply, which also only took 5 working days. Kudos to Microsoft for their fast turn around times :D

And people think I'm crazy for having a couple LCD's. I only have 1 xbox 360. :)

Yeah, 4 controllers each to be exact, but the 12th one wasn't pictured (other side of the room). I'm slowly selling off the unneeded controllers though, probably just end up keeping 6 or so because of the upcoming Halo 3 game :D

i just saw your setup, crazy :eek:. I'd be happy to swap a few of my Xbox's for your LCDs. anyday of the week :p

These 3 docks have an XPS M1710, D400, and D610. I have a few other notebooks, so I'll occassionaly swap them out depending on what I want to do.

The system in the corner w/ the 19" FP is actually a GX620 w/ Win2k3 Server; it's just got some remote video surveilance s/w running on it. Figure it might as well do something useful!

Any the triple display workstation setup. Just a trusty 'ol Optiplex GX280. Perfect for any non-gaming venture.

I'm going to be the first one not to comment about the Xbox's and ask: Are those the Audio Technica ATH-A900 headphones? I have a pair and love'em.

JVC, Ikea Billsta bar table with the short legs. you can see in one of the pictures theres a bar that goes along the underside of the table you can mount stuff, I have my cable box down there and a terabyte external.

SC385, theyre a powered set of tannoy 600a. I was thinking of getting some 8s with a hafler amp though that might be a little too much for computer speakers...

Westinghouse 37w3, viewsonic vx2025wm with ergotron neo-flex arm both powered by my main computer. Speakers are Klipsch Promedia 2.1's and each computer is connected to them.

Samsung 710t with ergotron neo-flex arm powered by old laptop.

Dell E1505 on the far left.

All three systems controlled with same keyboard/mouse using synergy (I wrote myself a one button macro that toggles between all three and handles missing monitors properly). So all I do to switch is press the back button on my g7.

I really need a new camera, that is awful.
 
I'm just using splitters with 3.5mm f/f to the line-in port on the speakers. There's no noticeable degradation of quality.

I'm wondering how he even got on a T-shirt, let alone why someone thought to wear a shirt about a guy they know nothing about.
 
Some people are just misinformed and think its a cool trend among teens. Most people don't really know what it stands for and what the man did. I sure would hope the people here on [H] would be knowledgeable, but you never know who you are dealing with in the internet. :(
 
I do know what he stood for and I am not ashamed of putting that on my wall. I'm not going to debate politics/ideology. This is a thread to show your computer setups and that's what I was doing. If you would like to flame me: please do so over PMs.
 
The majority of people celebrating him do so out of the romanticized version of him from Rage Against The Machine. So while some people want to celebrate the man, others simply want a poster that reminds them or others of the band. :confused:

You get the same thing with Charles Manson. He is a romanticized villain in metal and movies and such, while in reality being a racist coward asshole. His entire cult operated under the assumption that they were going to trick/kill/overpower/enslave the blacks, when the blacks take over the world. Talk about crack pot theories. The funny thing is most 'free thinking' teens who sport his t shirt or poster wouldn't be caught dead being labeled a racist, they just don't know any better. The confusion is actually kind of funny. I always get a cheap chuckle out of it when I see it.

What on Earth would necessitate the use of all those computers? Do you run a LAN business?
