You didn't say they started it. You insenuated that they did though. Below;
retardedchicken said:Without Nintendo, the other two probably wouldn't be making consoles either.
retardedchicken said:They aren't advertising because they don't want to let people down if they need to change things *ps3's lack of router support*, and the product isn't even close to being released. I haven't seen one PS3 either, I have seen the xbox360 article in Time and the shitty MTV special.
The reason behind their lack of advertisement is irrelevant. The majority of the industry is rapidly losing interest in them and they're doing nothing to change that. They're making the same mistakes as they did with the Gamecube and N64 and it's going to end up costing them far more this time around. If you thought hype with the PS2 was bad, wait until Sony gets their media blitz running with the PS3.
retardedchicken said:If you think you "wasted" money on Gamecube, to each his own. Best $200 someone could have spent on me with mine.
Spending $200 on something that only has a game I'm interested in every 6~7 months isn't an investment that I am happy about. Light-hearted games are fun for a while, but I want serious titles too. Resident Evil 4 was gold...yet they screwed around and lost exclusivity. Why? Because it isn't selling as well as it will on the PS2. Why isn't it selling as well? Because Nintendo has done so little to cater to the entire gaming demographic that they've lost them permanently.
CH...you're an idiot. I could put it in more eloquent terms but that would be a wasteful venture, considering your limited intellect. Why was I one of the biggest praisers of Resident Evil 4 if I supposedly hate Nintendo so much?
I don't hate Little N. I do, however, see them constantly repeating old mistakes and it frustrates me.
