Currently I have a stock clocked 8700k and 2 stock 2080ti, running 2 240 radiators.

While the components run relatively cool, water delta is on the high side. 17-19 over ambient when playing games.

Should I change out the rads? If so, what rad size would you guys recommend?

Also not all rads are the same. Thickness, FPI, and design all contribute to the effectiveness. What rads are you working with?

This rig has a max delta of 10c for water temp. That is with gpus clocked at 2070/1900 on memory. Also, the loop monitors water temp instead of device temps.

What is recommended highly depends on your case. If you've maxed out your case's radiator support, then there's not much improvement you can do unless you go with external radiators or a different case.
