PSU Troubles after sleaving... could use some help.

So, I was sleaving a PSU for someone else, and after I am all said and done the PSU is acting funky. If I bridge pins 3 and 4, it runs fine on its own. With one other fan plugged in, appears to be running fine. Two fans plugged in, and it turns on, fans spin up, thenit shuts off right away. I figured maybe the fan I added was causing a problem, so I tried a few combinations of other fans, all the same. One works... two doest. I am not running the PSU in the system, its still bridged while I am doing all of this.

Anyone got any ideas as to whats going on?

I inspected it close and cant find anything. A picture wouldn't show much, it woudl have to be up close.
