      Hello,

I noticed in the forums that you are able to modify bios to include the new Intel RST rom. Could you help me out? I am trying to set up a Raid 5, with 6 3TB hard drives on my Gigabyte GA-P55M-UD2 Rev. 1.0, socket 1156. I am currently running the F11 bios. According to my research, the P55/PCH intel raid chipset should support 3TB drives, but the bios has not been updated by Gigabyte in over 2 years.

-Motherboard Manufacturer and Model : Gigabyte GA-P55m-UD2
      -Bios Revision :1.0
-Bios Type : AWARD Currently on F11
      -Bios SLIC : unsure
      -Bios Link : http://www.gigabyte.com/products/pro...?pid=3287#bios

      Thanks so much!

Was wondering if u still had that sas flash cd u posted 2 years ago. I have an LSI 1068E daughter card for my Gateway 9529 server and want it in IT mode like my LSI 9220 for ZFS in freenas. But needed the firmware.

      Hi dandragonrage,

I just bought a Willem programmer and need some advice on how to flash bios chips for the asus p68/z68 series. Like in what socket the chip is placed and some software steps.

      Thanks,

I'll be dumping Intel and moving to AMD for my next upgrade because Intel's partnership with sexist, anti-male, anti-freedom organization Feminist Frequency is unacceptable. This is not diversity - it is the opposite. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJL3Cncaze0
