PS good enough for new PC?

building a new pc for my sister in law using the following:

Gigabyte P35 DS3L
Core 2 duo E6750
Artic Cooling Freezer 7 pro
4x 1gb Adata DDR2 6400
EVGA 7800GT 256mb x 1
Dvd burner x 2
SATA hard drives x 2
4 80mm case fans

The power supply I plan on using is a new Seasonic S12 600 watt PS that I have lying around.

specs are: +3.3v = 30A +5v = 30A +12v1 = 18A +12v2 = 18A

Will this PS be sufficient to run this system at stock? Don't plan on overclocking it much since it's important for it to be stable.

Should be fine unless the unit is really old. (I'm talking 2 1/2, 3+ years)

Perfectly fine, then. Use and heat is what causes degradation. As long as it's been somewhere air conditioned/reasonably cool -- not an attic or crawlspace -- you're good.
