Recently I've had some artifact issues in games, they seem to go on/off and I have been waiting to RMA my video card. Yesterday the power in the house went out completely, then flickered, then came back on ~10 mins later.
I booted up my PC and ran into "Data in EC or EC Flash might be corrupted" while trying to boot. I reset the CMOS and went straight into BIOS. Set my drives back up to RAID (it defaults ATA I think) and booted. Since then, I've been getting errors everywhere. From Explorer crashing (not IE, just Explorer) recursively, Skype, League of Legends, Chrome, etc. I have had multiple BSOD's since then with 'memory management' errors. I've also had one instance of literally no programs running because 'Unable to find entry point' something or other.
Windows 7 64-bit
Asus DirectCU II GTX 580 (was OC'd, is now underclocked due to above artifact issues)
Asus P8P67 LE
2500k @ 4.3 Ghz
2x4GB DDR3 (Corsair something... can't remember series), set to 1600 in BIOS
650W Antec Earthwatts PSU (possibly 750W)
7x74 GB Raptors in Raid 0 (Windows/Programs) SATA (no RAID card)
1TB WD (storage) SATA
If anyone has any ideas on how I can isolate what the cause is, it would be very appreciated. If you need any more info just ask. Computer was hooked up to a power bar, not sure of the specs of it. I believe it has some type of surge protection, it's fairly heavy duty (and I think that's why I bought it).
