Just the fact that the Northwood is clocked higher than the Prescott, and the Prescott was an "upgrade" :p

P4 560J @ 4.1ghz: 4.10
P3-m 1.13ghz: 1.13
2 x P3 800mhz (duallie): 1.60
P2-m 400mhz: 0.40

7.23ghz

But mixing netburst and p6 clockspeeds like that is not legit

LOL.... I never have, and never will consider a Prescott an "upgrade" ..:)

Plus the Northwood is an ES....Not your run of the mill chip...

It actually runs very cool, around 200W for everything.
Everything is running at stock speeds.
That doesnt make any sense. If you have a dual socket system for a total of 17Ghz not counting HT cores, you would need two Dual Core xeons. AFAIK, those only come in 90nm flavor, and only at 2.8Ghz. You would need 4.25Ghz per core.

ah, two quad core 2.13ghz xeons? Im guessing that because i highly doubt 4.26 Ghz woodcrest chips... Im gussing something along the lines of Kentsfield? (i forgot what the DP code name of that chip was..)

BTW, I hate you :)

i have that many cpu's lol
they can run at that speed as tested on my p5ld2 deluxe

i have only 1 lga775 board but alot of cpu's lol
i got pentium m cpu's too but too many to count

LOL.... if we can count CPUs that are NOT in systems I think I'll win. :D

Let's just add up 1 tray. 21 Dual Core with HT Dempseys running at 3.73/1066....

that's 78.33ghz.... now times that by 100 (make it easy, there are more)

That's 783.3ghz..... now add in the 50 - 2.13 quad core that I have

That's 426ghz.... now combine those 2.

That's 1209.3ghz.... and we haven't even gotten to woodcrest yet. LMAO.

Is it really that hard to figure out? ;) He has trays upon trays of Intel CPU's and not an AMD in sight... :p

QFMFT. I really hope once I get out of college I can land a job at Intel. I've wanted that for a long time now...

1.5Ghz Pentium M
2.8Ghz Pentium 4 HT
0.8Ghz Pentium 3
All at stock speeds

= 5.1Ghz Total

Nothing special at all
