LOL, no, how could you make a living lol. I copied that from thier website lol. But I travel a lot and wanted the ultimate headphone.

Well you can at the hearing place they use, they're all over the US, I got them made for $45 then you send them to UE and they create the ear monitors out of your molds and send them back to you. They're really great and compact, I use them for everything and they're comfortable too.

Most people cringe at the cost but they really are the best.

Well..I'm up in Canada :)

I did find a place nearby that I think is authorized for Westone. I just haven't got around to investigating the cost up here for them. The cost for adding them isn't so bad when you think about how much foamies end up costing in the long run (especially in Canada where they are much harder to find)

Thats whats funny about it though... why copy any information from the website? Anyone that knows has heard of them probably knows as much as they care to about them. I know I cannot afford them, and wouldn't want them even if I could, so I've never gone to their website to get the facts. If I were interested, chances are I would have found them there on my own. It's not like one persons forum post is going to turn a total stranger to them onto a $1000 pair of IEM's. It's just... odd :p

Instead, you should take some pics so we can see what your ears look like!

Just got a spiffy new stand for the a900s. :)

Well Fine! Here you go! THE ULTIMATE IN EAR MONITOR

UE10ProInEarMonitors.jpg

yes, mucho dough, but think of foreplay for the ears, I mean they hit, bass and highs, and movie's... I pair these up with an Archos DVR500 and your portable pal... ultimately.

The UE's come in a silver case, which I can't find, lol.. but they're durable and tiny and sound unbeleivable. They have other models too that are much less, but when you can finally afford nice things... get them, they won't dissapoint.

$1000 and they stop at foreplay? :p

Thanks sdgserv

Those UEs look delicious.

Can you compare how they sound to anything else?

Yes, I've had the Sennheiser's and others for either gaming/movies/music/travel and others for working out etc. These you can do it all. Since they're custom molded to your ear specifically they also block out 40-50% more noise than the best noise canceling headphones, Bose: eat your heart out. Since you have that snug fit the triple driver really hits for ultimate bass and midrange. I listen to a lot of jazz, hip-hop, 70's, 80's, 90's and today's hits and they really are crystal clear. They can fit in your shirt pocket so traveling is just fantastic with the UE10's. I've been using them for a little over a year now and they're amazing compared to anything I've used in the past.

Most all concert artists have these in thier ears while they are playing on stage so they can hear the other band members. All the big rock stars use these.

Musicians use a plethora of different IEM's, not just the UE 10 Pro's. It's cool you love your IEM's, but stop overusing "ULTIMATE" in every other sentence of your post please. =T

Not sure why you would even post something like this, I can use whatever word I want to describe things. Like your the Ultimate buttmunch, how's that for the use of ULTIMATE.

Thanks sdgserv

Nice. I had the Super.fi 5pros...they were nice. I like full sized cans better, though-you simply can't beat the soundstage and depth.

Not a big IEM fan here. Glad you like your fancy earbuds though. :D [They really need an evil smiley here]

Sennheiser HD-590. Unbreakable, audiophile sound. Great with X-Fi for gaming, high-end audio, or (gasp) iPod.

Haha, I used to use those (still own them). Boy were they odd, but super comfy! Audiophile sound though, they are not....... but still nice, an introduction into high end audio.

PS: You may want to host that picture somewhere else.

I just bought my first proper headphones. Woo!

Philips HP1500 (Headphones + amplifier) and they cost me only 130$. Damn thats the best bargain I've made this year so far. :D

In headphone related news, I finally got home and had a chance to hook up my new DAC.

This is the MHdt Labs brand new Paradisea+ (to replace their Paradisea).

I've never owned the previous Paradisea, but this is quite a bit heavier than my Constantine+, and slightly differet dimensions. As always, i'm impressed with the build quality. I have ordered other tubes that should be arriving soon, so that'll add another layer of fun to this new DAC.

Where are you guys getting the banana hangers? I've yet to find one... Walmart? Big lots? Target?

That is what my parents got 15 years ago. Not sure if it´s the monitor or the studio the hi fi version anyway :).

They sound quite nice still however I hope you have an amp for them. Have to turn my amp like crazy with them to get volume.

Looking hot towert7.

I keep wanting to tempt myself with a DAC but saving for the wedding is killing the audio funds :(

if you save till you have enough to get married you'll wait forever! lol... just do it and be done... worry bout $ later :D

oh, and u better buy yourself something new before the wedding... cause the moment u say 'I do' it stops becoming your money and starts being shared... then you'll have to ask before you can buy new toys.
