so i posted earlier about a heatsink for a socket-T P4 630
i got one that was rated at 21 decibals, but it still sounds like a vacuum... basically no change from the stock heatsink.
I don't really care about temp. as I don't plan on overclocking, so long that my computer doesnt burn up.
With that in mind, whats the best budget passive heatsink for a socket 775?
