These are pretty rare and expensive. Do you need the PCIe slot? Otherwise you might be better off buying a NUC that's a couple generations old.

Pretty much this. When I was wanting to build an itx build with a spare 2700 a couple years ago those boards were crazy expensive. I would suggest op is better off getting one of dbwillis little hp system. He had one for like $100 shipped with an i5 6500 in it.
