Ive been wondering the same thing heh.

To me it just sounds like people venting after an issue... Every outlet will have an issue now and again. I have never had anything but superb service when dealing with them. Just today I shipped back an PSU to them. Very painless RMA process that is for sure. Second time I have RMA'd something with them and just as good as the first time.

Ive purchased probably 10 things off newegg this year alone, havnt had an issue yet.....
