Hello,

Just wanted to say hello to everyone at the [H]ardfolding department. I had just my X2 running F@H at first, then borged my girlfriend's PC and dad's computer. I got to the machines at my dad's office and borged 7 more there!

Added 18ghz today for a total of: 23.5ghz total!!!

Now let's rock some OCAU ass :D

I would be running two copies on my X2 but I don't like the console version of F@H. However, I think I've contributed a fair share for the time being :D Now to pester my friends to let me borg their stuff. This is addictive :cool:

Just be warned that graphical causes problems with OpenGL.
 
Yeah I have to turn off F@H any time I load a game...but thats not too often lately b/c of school firewall and 100+ pages of reading every night.

Thank you all for the very warm welcome. I am actively searching for more pcs to borg....I think I've got a p4 2.8c and a p4 2.0 on the way....within a week's time.

ya'know, you can run the much stabler and efficient console as a service and turn that off when you load a game. Install it as a service and then write yourself a couple of BAT files to turn the service on and off. You need to know the service name to do that, but that should not be all that hard.

my service stop batch

@ECHO OFF
net stop "FAH@C:+Program Files+Folding@Home+FAH502-Console.exe"

and my service start batch

@ECHO OFF
net start "FAH@C:+Program Files+Folding@Home+FAH502-Console.exe"
