A couple of not-so-good values in the new build:

1) The Sabertooth P67 is more expensive than the nearly identically-featured P8P67 Pro, and does not overclock any better or handle any higher of an overclock than the cheaper mobo.

2) The RAM that you selected is about 30% to 50% more expensive per GB than even other DDR3-1600 RAM of the same timings, let alone DDR3-1333 RAM. And with these LGA 1155 CPUs, the RAM has no effect on CPU overclockability.

3) I'd recommend a new graphics card as soon as possible. That GTX 295 is in reality two GTX 275 GPUs in one package, and it consumes much more power than most of the newer GPUs of equal or greater performance potential than the GTX 295.

About the RAM What kind would be better with the MB ? :)

And GFX I dont think i got money for a new 1 Atm. But when i got i am thinking about getting the MSI GeForce GTX 580.

Solid. Though the recent QC issues with the Asus P8P67 PRO motherboard has left me very hesitant in actually recommending it to others. I recommend this mobo instead:

QC = Quality Control. It seems that a lot defective Asus P67 motherboards are hitting the market. It could be a QC issue or a just poor design issue. Either way, the latest patch of Asus P67 mobos have a slightly higher than average number of complaints judging from this subforum and the motherboard subforum.
