Any reason you choose the Deluxe board over the PRO? A lot of people recommend the MSI boards over Asus because of some early issues Asus had (I never had any though). Something to think about though. Also, do you need a black drive for the second drive? Assuming it is just for storage, you can save some power, heat, and money by going with a Caviar Green drive instead.

Any particular reason why you want to spend this much on a video card? You should be fine with a cheapp HD 5450 or HD 6450 unless the applications you're using takes advantage of Nvidia's CUDA tech.

Nothing you've said justifies that motherboard considering that this cheaper mobo meets all the requirements you've stated so far:
$170 - MSI P67A-GD65 Intel P67 ATX Motherboard

Storage Harddrive - Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX 1TB http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822136533

This Samsung actually performs the same as that WD Black drive while being $30 less:
$60 - Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Hard Drive

Also, what case are you reusing?
