Need new video card

Looking to pic up a new video card for a computer I am piecing together for my son and have a $200 budget.

His monitor is a 1440x900. He will be playing Badlands 2, Skyrim and COD Ghost mostly. Does not necessarily need max settings, just decent and smooth.

At that low resolution, the HD 7850 2GB will be more than enough GPU power. It's significantly faster than the GTX 650 TI and is actually cheaper by $16 .

Another vote for a decent 7950, they are easy to be had @ 180-200$, and perform within 5-10% of a 7970, which is a 280x.
