Looking to pic up a new video card for a computer I am piecing together for my son and have a $200 budget.

His monitor is a 1440x900. He will be playing Badlands 2, Skyrim and COD Ghost mostly. Does not necessarily need max settings, just decent and smooth.

Rest of system:
CPU-4570
Win 8.1
corsair tx750
8g ram

the 7870 myst would possibly be the best bang for the buck at that price range.
 
Another vote for a decent 7950, they are easy to be had @ 180-200$, and perform within 5-10% of a 7970, which is a 280x.
