1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
HTPC capable of streaming netflix, hulu, etc. Watching and ripping Blu-ray. Some Gaming such as WoW and SWTOR (low settings are fine as long as they play)
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Well, I'll likely only be buying parts at about $150 at a time (weekly), so individual parts should be less, but overall budget should be around $600-$800
3) Where do you live?
Northeast Wisconsin
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

Starting Immediately and buying parts throughout the next month. I realize that prices may change and I can change things around to get better deals at the time, but I'm just trying to get a general idea of what to start looking for.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.
Don't think there are any features that I need.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?

Save 150 bucks up per week for 5 weeks & then ask back.. Builds dont work as well when your trying to split it up like you are now.
 
I agree. Split builds rarely work well, in my personal experience (I'm very aimless in my builds :p). Maybe split into two main purchases, but three+ is just asking for trouble and you'll need extremely clear direction to manage that.
 
Easier said than done in my case, lol. I'm horribly undisciplined when it comes to saving money, otherwise I would have saved up for it a long time ago. After failing to save money for any length of time to make it worthwile I decided this would be my best bet. Anyways, after looking around for a bit I think I may have come up with something and just need a suggestion for a video card.

Okay, well $175 is doable, so I'll go with the HD 6850.
My next question is, will my PSU still be usable or should I get something with a little more wattage? Perhaps the 520C

The Neo Eco 400C will be enough. However, might as well spring for the 520C for just future upgrades and more headroom.
