I built a computer a little over a year ago. It had a bad power supply at first but has been running good and stable for the last year after replacing the power supply.
The problem it just started having is random shutdowns ,freezing and screen tearing(also blue lines at bios screen)
It will not make it through the windows 7 performance test without crashing.
I also get a " DQS training failed on previous boot" error message.
For troubleshooting I have tried swapping the two sticks of ram, booting with 1 stick and same problem with both sticks.
I tried clearing cmos, replacing battery and updating bios.
Any advice on what my next step should be? Sound like a bad motherboard or bad cpu?
