Need help: Rig artifacts when OC'd.

As the title says, when I OC my rig it gets artifacts in game (FC2) and when I run 3dmark 06 it sort of "skips" once every second in 3 of the 4 GPU tests (the only one it doesn't do it in is firefly forest).

So here's how I have it setup

HTT(FSB): 225
CPU:3600MHz
NB:2700Mhz
MEM: DDR3 1500 @ 7-7-7-20-27-1T
GPU(s): At stock clocks
All of the above setting have been tested for stability using Memtest, Prime and S&M V1.9.1 and have passed w/o issue.

However, when I run it at this speed I get the erky jerky video during 3dm06 and when trying to play farcry 2 I get some rather large artifacts on the right side of the screen. The artifacts show up in the same place. It's not random as with a bad GPU overclock. And like I said it's rather large. On my 22" screen it's a black bar that's 3" wide by 8" tall. It only flashes every few seconds.

Any idea's as to what might be causing this?

Also, I noticed this when I got my results from the FC2 benchmark.

Initial run (@ stock) looked like this

My overclocked run looked like this

Any idea's what would cause it to have the saw tooth pattern?

So, what happens when you run FurMark? :p

Try relaxing the timings on your RAM and make sure the PCI-E bus isn't OC'd.

So the system is stable when not OC'd, right?

As far as I can tell yeah its stable. Although now I get the saw tooth pattern at stock speeds too.

So, what happens when you run FurMark? :p

Try relaxing the timings on your RAM and make sure the PCI-E bus isn't OC'd.

I dropped the ram down to 1333 with 6-5-5-15-20-1T timings. It made 19 passes through memtest with no errors.I'll try relaxing them to 8-8-8-24 to see if it makes a difference.

Haven't run furmark but I'll give it a go.
As far as I can tell the PCIe bus is locked.
