My wallpaper thread.

If you're looking for a slightly different challenge, you could try a wallpaper for Android phones.

I know the Droid line uses 960x854 for wallpapers.

You could use the Android mascot:

Or, for the Droid phones, the Droid Eye:

Hey that looks okay. I may make one with black letters what do you think. The one rule is you have to be honest and tell me what you like and dislike. Take a screen of the other one so I can see.

I personally love the green, because it goes with the color scheme. But everyone's setup will be different. It'd be great to see other Android owners chime in!
 
Thanks dude, I think the second screen the logo is to big. Would you like a smaller one or you like it that way? And is the file size to big?
 
I think the logo size is fine. Still easily fits on a single screen, and has enough 'negative space' around it to frame it. File size is.. 229kb? Seems alright. Storage on these phones is measured in gigabytes, a few kilos isn't a big deal =D

alright, so the instant I saw this thread I thought of a company I'd love to have a background for, but then I thought "naw, this doesn't need to turn into a request flood"...

then I thought of two more browsing through this thread, lol.

so anyways, no hard feelings if you take a pass, but I've got a couple ideas:

IBM: one of the few sane computing companies on the planet, not growing at 700% quarter-over-quarter, and still engineering some properly amazing software.
Lockheed Martin, if you do boeing you gotta do lockheed.
and... since the android guys get a cool background, can i haz one too; Windows Phone 7?

Awesome work!!! Using your ubuntu one on my droid x (dark theme) and currently using the Asus one on my xoom. These are perfect for tablets!!! Is there anyway you could do a dark grunge style verizon one? And maybe a tegra 2 version? Thanks!!!

Still using the basic Intel one posted back on the first page from time to time, but if I can drop a request... can I get two: one using the background above (the one just above this post) but with the classic Intel Core 2 Duo logo and one using the classic Intel Core 2 Quad... pretty please? :D

I know the Core i-series processors are moving in but, the Core 2 Duo and Quad CPUs will be around for years to come and I plan on buying a few machines based on 'em.

Can you do it with the background on post #5, (RADEON graphs badge), but instead of red filer on the screen use intel blue

Okay! coolermaster have a very pedestrian looking logo that would be super with your tallent. wanna give it a go..... well yes! I have a Coolermaster Sniper case and you've done everything else I've got so why not :)
