ModStream or NeoPower?

I would have to recommend the Neo as far as the original topic goes. All ATX2.0 vs. ATX1.3 issues aside, the Neo has independant voltage regulation, while the OCZ does not.

The OCZ has the same means of voltage regulation as the Antec. When Antec first bragged about having "independent rails" in the mid 90's, they were using the term in the loosest sense possible because 90% of the power supply market provided nothing but crap. But crap could run our PC's back then! If the Neo truly had "independent rails" it would be a 600W power supply. :D

Neopower and Powerstream, yes... Neopower and Modstream, I don't see it. As Oleg shows in his latest review over at Xbit, the crossload diagrams for the Modstream don't exhibit the same ability to regulate that the Powerstreams do. Also, the pics of the innards I've seen don't have everything there to support independant regulation. The Neo, OTOH, does appear to have it all there. I'd like to see Oleg test it too though.
