My little brother needs to upgrade from his current netbook to something useful for his needs. I do understand and explained to him his budget is VERY tight for what he wants but I guess I will do the best I can.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Web browsing mainly, light gaming (HL2), photoshop, blender, maya 3D, Illustrator
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

(i have a Diablotek 400watt but its meh on being reused)
