Hyper x predator @ 3900 no boot no matter what. Also. What about voltage resistance. Ids it tolerable to voltage high vs low?

As I would want as high freq as possible but shit bin... Kinda aiming at b die results here.

12900k

Anyone had experience ocing such kit? As it behaviors really odd when comes down to max throughput.

clear the bios and get it booting at stock then set your speed/timings and bump the ram voltage by ~10%

Rtl IO don't train either as well. Ideas?

Can you post your thaiphoon burner read on that HyperX kits?
I suspected it's of J-Die or H-Die binned Hynix that's usually loose timings with very poor voltage scaling.

If those kit are made of one of those dies, then you can't further tuning it (3900 is the limit).

Thaiphoon burner or a look at the PCB will tell you what you have.
Patriot Viper 4400c19 is a cheap A2 but not the best bin of b die so it is hit and miss with how tight you can get the timings. I had a lot of trouble with tRCD on a few of my b die sticks getting negative scaling at high v with 3200c14 A1 and 4400c19 A2.
All 8x8GB sticks did 4000c16 no problem but c15 was a challenge and a few could only do tRCD 17 at 4000.
I tested them all one at a time and even ran my best A1 sticks with the best A2 sticks for a while.

Anyone wants my hynix?
I wish, but I lived far away from you haha :D

I was a bit lucky then.
Had around 9 in total B-Die bin:
2 are totally shit Patriot Viper 3400 c16 (both limited to 3400mhz c16 1.4v, poor scaling)
2 are shit binned Team kits 3600 c18 (both can do 3800 16-17-17-17-35-52-300 1T 1.45v)
2 are quite good, A2 pcb kit Zadak 2666 c16 and oloy platinum 3600 c16 (can do 3800 14-15-15-15 / 14-14-14-14 1.52v), the zadak one can go as high as 16-8-15-15 trfc 252 1T 1.7v and passed the FS score.

3 are G.Skills: Neo 3600 c16 pcb A2, royal 3600 c16 pcb A2, oc world cup 2016 3600 c16 pcb A0.
The neo can do 4000 14-15-15-15 trfc 270 1T @1.6v, stable without fan.
The Royal can do as high as the zadak one with a bit less voltage.
And the OC World Cup 2016 is still in my possession as my collection, it's the best and cheapest b-die I have along with Zadak (acquired for only $63 each kit)
