Humble WB Games Bundle

Be careful if you have multiple steam accounts when clicking to activate with this account. They had my secondary account for the nephews/nieces listed but it still prompted me to login. After logging in, I thought I was in the correct account, but it wasn't. Kinda weird because it had my login in the top right but my other accounts email listed. Sure enough, they put the games int he wrong account. Now I'm SOL unless I repurchase the full bundle. All I was adding was the FEAR, Guardians, and Mortal Konbat Kollection that they recently added. Hopefully my email to Humble Bundle support will straighten things out. From now on, I will make sure to remove my attached account from HB first to make sure there isn't any more hiccups. The new system sucks compared to just giving out keys.

Extraction point is canon to the F.E.A.R storyline whereas Perseus is not considered canon but was the second best DLC out of the 3 total.

Already have AA on steam and AC on PS3 but why not. Great deal to support them and the charity. DLing AA now! Time to start over :)

awwww I didnt realize they threw in the original FEAR!
I have the original game disc somewhere, but lost the key for it years ago.

Not sure if i want to repurchase the bundle for that.. hmmm

Anyone got a spare Batman:AC key they want to give away? I have a friend who wants a copy.

They don't give away keys anymore. You have to link your Steam account to your humble account and at which point, it adds the games to your library. Kind of sucks because I've always given away my extra keys (if I already owned a game in the bundle) to my nephews, g/f's children or friends.

I'm guessing all those people that buy games from the Humble Bundle, and then resell said keys when it ends, ruined it for everyone.

You can still click the "gift" icon next to any key that you haven't yet redeemed to send it to another user.

This. I gifted a few of the games from the WB HB but wanted to see if anyone had an extra copy of Batman AC for a friend.

Yup, I believe they need a Humble Bundle account to be able to claim the gift. Kinda sucks, but still works

It does not. If you want to gift your copy, you need to do it through HB. As always, adding keys from HB for games you already own does not give Steam gift copies.
**Edit** I know, you can gift.

I was going to buy but hearing this I'm out.

I have everything there except Asylum and LOTR.

I planned on giving away the other keys but HB is making that difficult now.

Its pretty simple to send them. Just go to your order email, click link, claim the page, and go to library. Then there will be a gift icon next to each game. Click it and it will create a link, send that link to someone.

I'll take your Batman Arkham City if you have it. Can trade it for a copy of LOTR. Or I'll just give it away. Not enough money on my PP balance or else I would have increased the amount myself. :(

I'll take a copy of Batman AC if anyone has an extra copy they want to give away.

You can up your contribution to unlock the other games. Just go to your account and click on the WB bundle you already purchased. Then click the link that says something along the lines of "like what we're doing" and you can add additional contribution (minimum is $.50) to the amount you already donated. If you are above the current average, then you will get the extra games added to your list. Pretty simple.

You can't gift through Steam with a Humble Bundle purchase

If you read the thread you'll see that you can gift through HB.

I did not redeem the key so I can enter an email after selecting to gift and HB will provide a link to redeem that specific item.

Right...because I just told you that lol

Instead of gifting through Steam, you're gifting through Humble Bundle.

So why are you telling me twice?

We're arguing semantics here...

OK I'll gift through HB which will then provide you a link which you can then use to add the game to your steam account using your browser.

HB --> URL --> Steam webpage --> Steam Library.

I'm whipping up a Visio flowchart now to alleviate any remaining questions.
