lmao, and I thought running a TEC would eat up power, theres no way to low volt all those fans and still not make a lot of noise

You'd be better of filling the stock round cutout in a stacker / modding a Xdreamer side panel with a huge fan, pointed at the mobo from the top... so it doesnt have to try and blow across the mobo components, but rather blows down onto them.
