Count all the fans you have.
Front, side, top, bottom, vid card, cpu, all of them.
Lets see who takes cooling a bit too far. :D

I have the following in my CM Stacker:
Intakes
1 x 120mm front
1 x 120mm Front HD cooler
1 x 250mm MB cooler

Exhaust
2 x 80mm back bottom of case
1 x 80mm Top
1 x 120 mm back mid of case

PSU
1 x 120mm back of case near top

CPU
1 x 80mm

GPU
1 x 60mm? X850XT-PE

Chip Fan (NF4)
1 x 40mm

Total
11 Fans

Only 11 ;) In my Cheiftech Dragon

Intake:
3 x 80mm (2 Front, 1 Side)

Exhaust:
2 x 80mm (Rear)
1 x 92mm (Top)

PSU
1 x 92mm
1 x 120mm

CPU
1 x 92mm

GPU
1 x 80mm

Chipset
1 x 40mm

Noise:
Very Quiet
Edit: I can't Count

Lian Li PC65-B
Intake
2x80 mm (front)
1x120mm (side panel over CPU and RAM)

Exhaust
2x80mm (rear and top)

Heatsink
1x92mm (blowing down, XP-90)

PSU
2x80mm (Antec SL 450W)

Video Card
2x40mm (BFG 6800 GT dual fan cooler)

Total
10 Fans

Noise Level
Pretty Quiet

It's quieter than my old Raidmax case that had 7 fans, including a low-speed 80mm and a VGA silencer for the vid card, so I'm pleased. That, and I got my XP-90 today and I can FINALLY overclock my 3.2 E. I <3 my XP 90. :D

Intake
2 x 80mm front
1 x 80mm side window
Exhaust
2 x 80mm
PSU
3 x 80mm
CPU
1 x 90mm
Northbridge
1 x 40mm
GPU
1 x 40mm

Total
11 Fans
i have a fan controler on 6 of the fans including the cpu fan, and the psu is a vantec stealth that varies the fans w/temp, its fairly quiet w/ all fans on low

Wow I only have 5 :( I really need to get some more but don't have anywhere to mount them.

80mm window mounted intake
80mm rear mounted exhaust
80mm CPU
80mm PSU exhaust
60mm GPU fan

I have 11...

2x front 80mm
2x rear 80mm
1x top 80mm
1x side 120mm
2x on vantec uv fan card
1x cpu cooler 80mm
1x PSU fan 80mm
1x tiny internal circulation fan

I am going water cooling soon and hope to reduce that number by a few. :) I am getting tired of the old turning the PC on creates a low pressure area in the room... doors get sucked shut, cats run, etc... lol

3. Originally it came with one case fan...which is starting to make rattling noises... stupid Dell crap. Will be replaced by a nice QUIET Panaflo. :)

1x 92mm main case/cpu fan
1x videocard fan (duh)
1x Antec PCI slot blower (made a huge difference in my setup)

Plus I took out all the empty PCI slot brackets from the back, took off the whole front of the PC and drilled 2 holes in the case. It looks ugly as hell, but hey, it's a Dell. Can't get much uglier than that. ;)

I have 6 as well

2 x 80mm in the back
1 x 80mm in the front
1 x 80mm in the window aimed at the gpu
1 x 92mm on the xp90

edit: oops forgot the 120mm in the PSU

Here's what's in my mountain mods case:

Intakes
4 x 120mm front

Exhaust
4 x 80mm back of case
1 x 120 mm back right on CPU

PSU
1 x 120mm back of case on bottom

CPU
2 x 80mm tornadoes on TT Silent tower

GPU
1 x 60mm? 6600GT supplemented by 1 x 80 mm

Chip Fan (NF4)
1 x 40mm

Total
15 Fans

3 :D

1x 120mm SilenX on my radiator @7v

1x 120mm Antec for exhaust in the back @7v

1x 120mm in my Seasonic PSU (not sure what voltage, but it runs very slow, and near silent)

I honestly can't tell when my PC is turned on unless I press my ear against it, or the hard drive is seeking. I even have the hd & power leds unplugged to further the effect :D

My case temps are always within a degree or two of room ambient temp, and my cpu idles at 38, loads at 43. My 6800gt idles at 44, and loads at 51.

Now if only I could silence the buzzing light bulb in my room....then I'd be happy.

Most rigged on various control circuits to run from 3v to 12.5 volts on seperate PSU. Most run at about 5V but can still be fairly loud. I'm putting in a window air conditioning unit for this room and it will do more good than all my fans combined (daytime room temps have been in low 30's C and it's not even real hot outside yet. There is a lesson in all this ;)
