I was thinking something, and bear with me here, maybe we could have a WoW guild so that some of us who play WoW can have fun together as a small/big guild. What do you guys think?

And for all the naysayers going that WoW steals cycles, we could use the guild as a recruiting tool. Unfortunately, this may mean rerolling a character but lets see how this goes. I have added a poll for all you guys to decide. Don't want a guild? Just say so, no beef. :)

Also, would you guys saying "Yes" pls post whether you wanna do Alliance or Horde, PvE or PvP, which time zone you guys are in.

Cool. everyone who is interested please post whether you want PvP or PvE and whether you wanna do Horde or Alliance. I think we need at least 5-10 people before a viable guild can be made. :)

 
I wish I had the time, and I wish I had the money for a new computer to play it and to pay for the game and for the subscription.

 
Just keep in mind that you can't just decide to use [H], [H] belongs to Kyle and I can't see him authorizing the use for an MMO, the problem is when playing on-line games anything you or anyone in the guild does that is bad form will reflect on [H] and Kyle.

If you recruit a member into the guild and he runs around killstealing, ninja looting..etc that person will be blacklisted by the community, the guild will be tarnished by such actions and and overall will reflect negativly on [H] and Kyle as a whole.

I would suggest that you look to the [H] gaming site and see if they already have an official [H] team, I would think that would be the only way that Kyle would accept it.

Not trying to rain on your parade, I'm just stating what needed to be said for your own protection.

Now how are we saying that folding dosen't affect games and should be on everyones gaming rig? Cmon, I can only check the updates every hour. Gotta pass the time somehow.
 
Come join a few of us on Stormscale (Horde). We still have a HardOCP guild although it is mainly for alts now. There is at least one folder in there now. Private Message me if you want details.
 
I've been silently trolling more lately. I just haven't found my niche to speak up. I know, hard to believe I would keep my mouth shut (or fingers still at least).
 
WoW, and all MMOs for that matter, are retarded. I may be wrapped into computers and anti-social, but MMO playing is a whole other level that I'm never going to step on, thanks.

Good idea. Although MMO's are actually all about social interaction, no-one should ever start playing them. They are crack.

Correction: A substitution for social interaction. People that don't like reality just dive into an MMO and make up some false world to hide in. I love RPGs, but MMO's are fucking retarded.

So you're saying that playing an RPG all alone in a singleplayer world is a better social experience than playing an MMO with thousands of other people?

That makes total sense.

BTW my account is active again but I'm already settled into a new realm with some (real-world!) friends.

It is apparent to me that interest in a DC WOW Guild is lacking and this has digressed into a pissing contest about which kind of game is a bigger waste of time.

Those of you who had genuine interest in the guild, just take it to the Gaming Sub-forum or PM.
