Anyone know where I can get a 2nd set of screws so I can put a 2nd fan on for a push/pull config? I guess I could always zip tie everything together, but the screws and washers would be a nice touch. Is it a special size or something? Are there standard screws for radiators (never water cooled before...not that this is really anything like WC ;) ).

Nope, plain ole screws you can find at any hardware store. edit ( if in USA)

6-32 x 1 1/4 machine screws.

Translation.
#6 size, 32 threads per inch 1 1/4 inches long. (use a #6 washer)

The above screw will/should be available in different head types, pan head, hex head etc. it will not matter, get the kind you like the looks of, have a tool for, etc. as long as the 6-32 part is correct it will fit/thread properly into the rad.

edit more: those are what comes with the original fan. I have not personally checked that both sides of the rad are exactly the same. What I am trying to say is that I am certain the thread size is correct but have a minor worry that the fins of the rad might be closer to the mounting flange and so the length might be such that if you did not pay attention you could screw the screw in far enough to hit the fins and damage them. Very unlikely, I am just trying to say get some extra washers to take up slack if necessary and look at the screw length and check things both before and while installing the second fan. I think there will be no problem at all but I have not personally checked this out for every little thing that might go wrong.

Home Depot sells packs of the above for like, $1.99. :)

Buy some rubber washers too to help space the fan out a tiny bit, correcting the possibility of breaching the radiator core as Bill pointed out.

I can 100% confirm this works, because I have 6-32 x 1 1/4 screws purchased from home depot holding my second fan to my H50.

i just h/a mine. two screws for each fan. no problems.
Same here

I do use additional 2 normal fan screws to hold the outer fan, its probably unecessary, but I just didnt want to load the entire set (2 fans and a radiator) on 2 screws only:p

I bought the screws at a local hardware store - exactly the length/threadcount as mentioned in post #2. No problems with using them for push-pull.

I am thinking about picking this thing up but am worried about it in a cosmos 1000. Anyone have that case and this cooler?
