[H] Stock Alerts, Tips & Tears 2025

$750 PNY RTX 5070ti in stock. Probably already sold out, cannot add it to the cart on my end. But it shows in stock on the page.

Edit: And now not showing up, sold out pretty much instantly.
It's still available if someone's desperate enough to pay $1399 + tax!!!

So, how high can prices go before people actually stop paying?
Right, it's been a couple months, supply should be going up and demand should be going down... but prices keep going up anyway. And they still keep selling out.
Bizarro world.

Anyone posting a link to a 3rd party sellers should be banned lol
You probably already know this, but the problem is that by the time you post a link to an in-stock graphics card sold by the retailer itself, it sells out, and only displays bullshit third-party scalper listings. Fuck me, the internet has become such a pain in the ass.

Looks like at newegg, the still out of stock ASUS Prime 5070ti went from $750 to $850 with $13 shipping. I am doubting anyone is getting an MSRP model of anything going forward.

Any GPU deals out there?

Negative. Stock is very thin this week. Recommend using Trackalacker or other inventory tracking site to find a GPU that is in stock.

I advise people exercise patience and hope things get sorted soon or you may end up overpaying by a lot or getting scammed.

Remember, its NEEDS vs WANTS. Do you really need that overpriced GPU? Take a breath, don't let FOMO get to you.

Don't blame the Internet for intentional supply "shortages" from suppliers.

There's nothing intentional. There are leagues of people buying to hold and resell. Scalping is now a "thing" for GPUs for ever and ever - just like collector cards, etc.

Well, at some point, the people with infinite disposable frivolous spend accounts will run out of money (in theory). We can only hope.

Yeah, I think we are seeing it now - prices from vendors bumping with scalp prices which leads to less people "investing" in cards for resale.

Let’s hope something changes in the coming months… probably worse before it gets better? I “invested” in several GPUs in the last 18months - prior to all this nonsense- to have some around for home and family - possibly a friend or two in need. Myself and my 3 kids all play PC games here and there.

Had /keeping
306012g
3060ti
7900xt

Picked up either used, open box or MSRP:
6700xt x2
B580 x2
4070 super x2
Traded one 4070 super and a cpu for one 9070

I’m done for a long while or maybe forever if nothing gets better in a couple years in the GPU space.

One kid off to college this fall and the other 2 can get through to adulthood on that gpu stack I have barring several failures or some other catastrophic event. 😉

According to rumours, a week away from a 5060ti launch ?

At this point, a well priced 5060ti 16GB with good volume could be a game changer (could be like putting back the 6800 with better DLSS on the market.. which depressingly would be nice at $450 right now, uesd can go for $500....), do we no "semi-official" news about the release date, this close to them ? Is that possible ?

Apparently I was silly, and concluded that 9950x3d supply was more plentiful than it was.

Since my big project was not ready for it yet, I didn't want to buy the parts, and then have a problem because I wasn't able to test them in time, but now my local MicroCenter has gone from having 25+ in stock last week, to having none now. And none of the regular big online retailers I use (Amazon, B&H, Newegg) seem to have them either.

Microcenter in locations 13+ hours by car from where I am seem to have them, but I'm not doing a 26 hour road trip for a CPU.

Anyone have any leads on these from reputable retailers? Either online, or B&M in New England?

wonder if there is an [H] user in the area that you'd trust to get you one...

We have 25+ at the Micro Center in MN - I can pick one up and send it your way for cost if you like.

I do trust [H] forum members (at least the ones who have been here a while and post a lot) more than pretty much anyone else online.

From what I can tell they are in stock at MicroCenter at the following locations:
- Chicago IL, - QTY 1 (yikes, that has dropped a lot since even last night)
- Indianapolis, IN - QTY 21
- Madison Heights, MI - QTY 25+
- St. Louis Park, MN - QTY 25+
- Charlotte, NC - QTY 17
- Columbus, OH - QTY 25+
- Mayfield Heights, OH - QTY 25+
- Sharonville, OH - Qty 25+

...but I am also the kind of person who has a very difficult time asking for favors. Especially from people I don't know well personally.

How about this - I can use my 5% off with my Micro Center card and keep that 5% and then you pay for $699.99 plus tax plus shipping (probably $10 or so). Win win for everyone lol.

No big deal either way. I am sure online stock will be back very soon.

If you can somehow manage to snag one of those 5090 PNY OC Triple Fans, which seem to still only cost $1999, it'd be much appreciated. I'm getting pretty sick of playing this 5090 game. The nearest Micro Center to me is 6 hours away. 😬

Sadly don't see those in stock in my store (Cambridge, MA) or in his store (St Louis Park, MN, I presume?)

Actually, I just quickly clicked through the 50-series inventory at all MicroCenters.

I didn't see anything above a 5070 in stock at any of them.

A lone 5070 ti listing did show up in Indianapolis, but it is listed as Sold Out.

And the re was a lone 5080 listing (also sold out) somewhere (can't remember where now) But those were the only listings even for "sold out" 50-series GPU's above 5070's.

Yeah. It's been rough for everyone. I've seen the PNY pop up here and there only to be gone in seconds. I'm having PTSD from trying to get a PS5 when it launched. 😂
