I work as IT Manager in an office downtown Chicago. The bosses are never around since this is a project management company. They're always on client sites all over the world. But I don't want to abuse their trust in me.
I'm sure there are many employees in this company that games on their computer since it's usually their only computer when they're out of town on a job. I leave all company computer "open" to allow them to install what they want as long as they do not remove company software.
