I was wondering just what that picture was.
    Jesus now I know.
I remember reading about that build on both Frozen and MNpctech websites.

Looks like a lot of this is the real deal now.

Seeing that quote from Matthew Buckner is a pretty reliable source combined with what Bill Owens had to say.

    Yikes.

I hope someone steps in to salvage this.

The people that still believe that this is done is the same people that need to see the dude on top of his wife but still doesnt believe shes cheating.

Ive been following this thread since it started and its funny and disturbing that with all the evidence people have posted and my man dark went there and made a video, people are still saying this is just a rumor lol.

Give it a rest. Your hero is under. Its PUBLIC INFORMATION if anyone is in jail. Go to that counties website and take a look for yourselves.

I don't see him listed in the most recent Monroe County Sheriff's inmate roster.

The whole jail thing might be un-founded rumor, but the videos and pictures and failed shipments speak volumes.

I don't think that picture is big enough. Can you take a photo with a 50MP camera?

I'm 1 for 3 in my complaints to BBB. So there is a chance of getting satisfactory closure to a complaint.

So someone spammed me in a PM asking me how he'd like me to comment on "I want to get your opinion about a new cooling parts store".

I am tempted to forward this PM to Kyle, do not appreciate being approached in this manner.

    Big deal.
If someone has an idea, I'm glad to supply input.
It really stressed me to reply.

Site loads fine for me. Under site news, it states the site is down until further notice.

However from OCN the site appears to be up or down randomly.

Anyone get anything through to the better business bureau? My order that is still in packing was on a credit card so hopefully getting my hundred bucks back will go smoothly

BBB can't help you if there is no business to contact. Only way is through your bank or maybe small claims court?

yeah b of a online dispute asks that the expected delivery date has elapsed (which i never received because it is in packing) so cant do that. then it says "Without an expected delivery date, we must allow 15 days from the date you were billed for the merchant to ship the merchandise. It is necessary to wait until 02/27/2015 before we can assist you." Not that it's a big deal. probably get the same response over the phone. but just so you guys know what the process might look like

The BBB helps by threatening to lower your imaginary rating on their website if you don't provide a satisfactory solution. They don't actually have any power if the owner / company doesn't care. Think of the U.N. being forced to write a very angry letter scene from the "Team America" movie lol

    Damn no edit lol.

Credit card company or bank charge back is definitely the way to go for anyone who placed orders recently. Can be a slow process but better than losing the money outright.

At least as of today, there is a little teeny sentence under "news" that says their not accepting orders at the moment.

People the BBB cannot help you, EVER under any circumstance. The BBB is a freaking joke organization it has no authority, all it does is con businesses out of $400 a pop.

Contact your credit card company and tell them to return the money and explain the situation they will have no problem doing it.

It was a while ago but the original owner sold off all the stuff and pretty nice discounts then sold the website. After that they were just a drop shipping website. They may have since then started stocking inventory again, not sure.

Hrmm... so you're saying the notice from 13FEB that my order had moved to the packing floor might not have been accurate :p

Unfortunately, that's probably an automated thing as soon as the payment is cleared.

From what has been said/posted/rumored, it may be a while.

Yeah, went ahead and pushed an order copy through sidewinder... will get with paypal to cancel the FCPU transaction shortly. A shame, I've been getting DIY stuff from these guys since ~2000.

Just curious, does anyone know how large Frozen CPU was during its heyday, in terms of $ sales per year? Or what fraction of the size they were compared to say Newegg or Tiger Direct?

Some estimate the inventory is worth $5 millions.

Now, more news, I've been speaking with the eCommerce provider, they put up the message, so no news from FCPU yet:

Wow must be that bad that their ecommerce provider stepped in. At least the website is still up and running for the time being.

Well, I was the one who posted this, and later got a confirmation from End Point that they closed the site. There's just so many posts at OCN that not a single one bothered to read them.

There you go, if you want the full discussion, edited names out:
