How is it possible to have a "Free Games" thread without Cave Story? Cave Story is arguably the greatest free game of all time; a platformer/adventure game that easily stands up to the likes of Mario, Metroid, or Castlevania titles of the NES and SNES days. Awesome story and music too.

Cave Story rocks. Until you get to that tank boss in the labyrinth who never takes any damage at all.

 

[Luxor]

Stair Dismount - A free small 3d game in which you push a model (rag-doll style) down a flight of stairs. The more you hurt the guy, the more points you get.

Truck Dismount - Like stair dismount, you have to hurt the guy as much as possible to accumulate the most points, except in this one the model is flung from a moving truck into a wall.
