Forza Horizon 6

Unfortunately there are several aspects of this game that are a grind, Food delivery being a big one. I try to do a shift each time I play, but after you've done all of the different "types" of delivery, it's frankly just fucking boring.

Yeah, I wish it was just something like 3 star all the different missions rather then do the missions over and over again until well past the point that you have the routes memorized.

Even that would need to be tweaked, some of them are nigh impossible to get 3 stars on. Thankfully you don't have to to make progress.

Really it just needs to be like, half as much time to max it out. And give better CR rewards, the current ones are pretty shit.

Ja, there was one that was literally around the corner less than half a mile away and the 3-star goal was 250,000 skill points. With the time limit it's impossible to go around the long way and still make the time limit. Some of the close call goals don't spawn enough traffic along the way to get 15, either.

get a Subaru 22b and level up all its car points then drive it to the delivery. gives you a boost on the points you get from that and helps to get through it quicker.

Barn finds are easy. Just zoom in on the area and look for a small unmarked road branching off from one of the main roads.
that or another player dot isnt moving.
Use Drone mode for barn finds, makes it way less of a chore. Some of them are still annoying. One tip is that they're typically not that far off of a road, and will have an unmarked dirt road going to them.

Yeah, I've been doing this - it helps with point-based ones but I generally don't have too much trouble with those. Usually the triple delivery ones are the toughies to get 3 stars on, they mostly require you to ignore Anna and make your own optimized route. Even then it's really close and a lot of the time I miss 3 stars by a few seconds.

didnt think of that... they are also always in a crop of trees.

The Lotus Exige Cup 430 is the car you'll unlock for this festival series. I have a pretty good S1 time attack tune for it, tops out in the mid 160s with AWD and shorter gearing. I've been using it for all my S1 rivals events if anyone else wants to use it: 168 254 858

Even more online bullshit this week, but thankfully there are enough points that you only need to do The Trial still. Seems like you get the most online XP in The Eliminator if you're going for level 100. It's just a slog to drive around for 15-20 minutes, and the head to head races are really long this time, so it's better just to be by yourself until the last race triggers.

For the Eliminator challenges I try to grab something 5 or higher and then go camp out in the woods until the end.

Gotta learn to use Manual transmission, if you haven't already. Makes it a million times easier. Also, use a controller and not a wheel.
Are you using the manual + clutch? I'm using manual but haven't been able to get the drifting down either. I mean I can complete the events but it's not pretty.

No, I haven't found it necessary to use clutch. I would also turn off stuff like Traction Control, that's going to mess with your ability to drift.

Yeah that's what I do. I can usually find a level 7+ car at the start, and I haven't even learned all the best spawn points yet like I did FH5. But in FH5 there was an achievement specifically for winning an Eliminator, which actually turned out not to be that hard. There isn't one in FH6.

What cars are you all using for Drifting? Some of the drift cars drift like shit and some are amazing. The Supra is the OP Pro Drift car and the best regular car ive encountered was the Chaser. I dont really pay attn to drift skill boost cars as they are ass usually.

I think I just use one of the Formula Drift cars with a downloaded tune. Seems to work fine.

If you want EZ mode drifting you can find any number of AWD drift tunes for various cars.

There are people out there drifting the motherfuckin' limo, so you can kinda make it work with any sufficiently powerful car/tune.

I use a keyboard.
good lord.

Formula Drift #99 RX8 is my go to for dreaded drifting. Easy button imo.

Thats one of the worst ones. I made the same mistake because i wanted the lovely 3 rotor. It just sucked. Changed to MK4 supra after someone told me about the meta and it was wayyyyy better.
Interesting, it's the one i read was the best weeks ago and got me over all my humps super easy. maybe its the tune. Supra is solid, prefer Rx8.

I prefer the Honda Acty with a drift tune, once you get used to running around in it doing the deliveries, any of the drift zones are a walk in the park.

I have a custom tuned Mk.4 Supra RZ. I also really like the 1968 Mustang FE drift car based on the Tokyo Drift car with its default tune. I've gotten most of my 3-star scores with the latter.

139 hours played. Don't think ive 100'd a game in a decade. Still enjoying.
