Below is my updated build from input I got from my first thread:

The Build:

New total is around $659.00 & that’s great

Most of the posts say my graphics card holds me back I’m sure that’s true but it was free and I can all ways upgrade my graphics card in the future right? The screen resolutions I’m at now is 1680 x 1050.
I don’t play that many games that requite I major graphics card.
Games I play are Left 4 Dead, TF2, Counter Strike, StarCraft 2 and other simple ones like that that don’t need a major graphics card but on the other hand I want to be able to play them at medium to high setting like StarCraft 2. Can this be done with the setup I have? Also do you think this setup will last me the next 5 years? I might up-grade the graphics card but do you think I will be good on everything else I listed?

I know I said a lot but any input is help full

Give us a hard budget limit. Any recommendations we could offer you would be pointless if you had, say, only $600 to work with.

For those games that you've listed, however, you'll need a better video card than the 9800 GTX+ that was given to you. Here's a different build to consider, in which I added a good midrange video card and additional case fans:

$235 - AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition & Asus M4A87TD/USB3 combo
$235 - XFX Radeon HD 5770 1GB & XFX Black Edition 650W PSU combo
$135 - Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EALS 1TB HDD & OCZ Special Ops 2x2GB DDR3 1600 combo
$73 - Cooler Master CM690 I & Samsung SH-S243N/BEBS combo
$15 - Rosewill RCR-IC001 40-in-1 Internal Card Reader
$20 - Two Cooler Master R4-L2R-20CR-GP 120mm case fans (at $10 each)

$713 - Subtotal (not including shipping, taxes, or rebates)

An OEM copy of Windows 7 Home Premium costs $100 at NewEgg. It also has a few combo deals where you could take $10 off the price of it and another item "bought together," but I went for combo deals that offered greater overall savings.
 
Assuming that you don't go with Tiraides' build due to it being close to $813 with the OS, here's what I'd change about your build:
- Go with tiraides' CPU + mobo combo as it's a better choice for the money
- Go with the HDD + RAM combo that tiraides recommended since it's faster than the Seagate and cheaper than the G.Skill.

Well then, definitely go with Tiraides' build then. The only real advantages your build has over Tiraides' build is the newer case and the cheaper price. However, even then, Tiraides' build is still better in the price to performance ratio in regards to the four parts I mentioned earlier.
 
Actually, in hindsight, my build would be better with the following changes to the case and optical drive:

$160 - Cooler Master CM690 II Basic & Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit OEM combo
$18 - Samsung SH-S222L SATA DVD burner

While the cost of my revised build, including OS, bumps up a bit to $818, the case has free shipping, which greatly reduces the overall shipping costs of everything else.
