LOL, i can't remember, but a guy comes to our supermarket here in town, and he is 97 years old, and is STILL driving himself. I got a hand it to him, I would probably not be driving at 97 years.

lol I jsut turned 24 a month ago and am lucky enough to have a job that doesn't cut much into the gaming time. The GF on the other hand, another story for another time.

No I have a personal complexion issue about having stuff always matching :p Anyways, I am now all on logitech, lol, I got fedup with the Razer lack of support with drivers.

No, I understand haha :D...

I had a Copperhead mouse, Barracuda headset, but a G15 keyboard that worked perfectly fine. Except I wanted a Razer keyboard because everything else was. Needless to say I went through 3 Barracuda headsets before giving up because they always fell apart on me whenever I went to LAN.

Thats pretty much where the problem lies. Ive been trying to get them to admit their drivers suck... and im almost there since ive done everything they've asked me. :D

Still want a Razer keyboard? I have the Tarantula if you want it. I'm about to chuck it in the garage for being a dust magnet and well... I just don't like flat keyboards. Got it when bestbuy had a clearance on them for $19.

:eek: I actually don't have my razer stuff anymore, but if you;re being serious shoot me a PM on how much you want lol..

I have some cheap-o $20 keyboard with no numpad (which is cool to LAN, fail for practicalness) because I gave my G15 to my friend who really wanted a backlit keyboard :) I just don't really need back lit keyboard because I never look at the keys when I type haha.

Never posted a "dirty workspace" here. First shot is how it was after a week of not being home much and using my desk as my "landing zone". Other pics are after a 3 minute clean up ;)

Well in that case...its time for a magazine rack too. Maybe throw in a plant shelf or two.:D

compslckr and xveganx is those are subs or even mid-bass (and the port certainly suggests they are)...they should be on the floor...now.

The lower frequency will overwelm the highs from the other two speakers.

They're not subs. If i recall from other posts "mid-range woofers" is what they are. And the placement of them is perfect! That's exactly where they should be
 
they are designed to sit on the desk. they are a "mid-woofer."

The sound stage is actually really nice. having the mid-woofer on the same plane as the satellites gives a really nice warm full sound. Almost like having a wall of sound that surrounds you.

Well than given that, compslckr i would recommend the same i did to xveganx...get a wall mount and put that sucker between the two high-note speakers. What can i say...im just nitpicking.

FWIW, i believe mid-range woofers are the same as a mid-bass.
 
Not as awesome as some of your setups, but considering this room of mine was completely unfinished with particlewood floors when I bought the house should say something. Everything with exception of the laying of the carpet was done/built by me. Entertainment center was a 3-D sketch I did one day, then decided to put some measurements to it. Built it as I went, turned out rather nice for a 34 year old fart!

I consider this my media room. Home entertainment includes the following:

Polk Audio RM6750 surrounds and 8" sub.
