Elden Ring Nightreign

So you sync in with Randoms will they follow the objective? I suppose you can use the mini map to see where they are.

that's why it's best to play with a group of friends...with randoms you never know what you're going to get...some of them might purposely screw around

with 3 players it shouldn't be all that difficult...I hear you can play Nightreign solo but I'm not sure I would want to do that...the game seems designed around co-op...I never use co-op, summoning, spirit ashes etc in any From Software/Souls game but Nightreign doesn't really look like a solo game experience

Can you choose your class or are you stuck with what they give you? Like can three mages sync in or three warriors? For coop I'm getting Destiny vibes I mean if the game is hard enough people will be addicted to it being difficult. Like I got this far in the Map but maybe next Time we'll get to the Boss.
 
Waiting on Reviews I heard this game is easier than anticipated which might be a good thing who wants From Software to Rag Doll your character all over the screen.

You know what I don't like about this game all the traversing running only to get wacked over the head by highly textured NPC.
So it feels like your effort is just wasted with all the running around. It might be ok or looks good on paper but I think gamers are going to end up empty.
I felt the same way with Elden Ring the Map was too darn big even by horse.
 
I'm curious what reviews are going to say- especially from longtime From Software/Elden Ring fans...I'm guessing scores in the 8 range...even a slightly disappointing From Software game will score higher than most other games

Forums are for discussion, not picture pimping. There are some threads where the entire point is to post pictures, so feel free to contribute to those. Doesn't play all the time due to Vertigo? I suppose someone posted too many pictures their 5090 card and just bragged about it. So Mike does the same thing.
 
it's Hard as Hell kinda suspected.... people are going to lag out and die from monster lag being flanked in 3rd person.

Some runs will be easier easy runs but then your going to have those runs where everyone is wiped.
 
it's a From Software game, so it'll definitely be good...the question is how good?...a FS game scoring an 8/10 is a 9+ for most other games...the bar has been raised
 
A lot of reviews say you can solo this, but it isn't recommended.
But if you must, you must be a pain freak to do so since the game was developed with a party of 3 in mind.

Even duo's must have a rando 3rd to work.
Guess that leaves me out since I am a Lone Wolf McQuade nowadays.
 
Fightin Cowboy has beat the game- all the Night Lord bosses, played all the classes, played with friends/randoms/solo etc...full gameplay impressions...playing with randoms sucks due to not being able to communicate with your team...sounds like you need Battlefield type of communication with your team members...solo is OK based on the class type but playing with friends is the best way to play...
