Well Death gave me a 3 minute black screen when I changed the resolution and restarted. Don't feel bad.
Oh and where are the graphics options?
Oh and where are the graphics options?
Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.

The options menu is complete shit, totally fucking inexcusable and why the hell do I have to start a game in order to change the damn options? Who thought that was a good idea!?
Because it saves settings per profile.
And again I ask: Who thought that was a good idea!? Actually, no, wait. Batman: AA, and AC both do that as well but you can load into a profile and change settings BEFORE starting a new game. So it still loops back to the original question.
You also have to set video settings outside of batman. Just minor annoyances.. nothing to get worked up about. I have seen much worse ports. And it has steamworks.. Therefor it is exempted from being bad mouthed.. right![]()
I can get very annoyed when a preview promised us "standard graphics options" which you think would include more than resolution and gamma especially due to all the shit they got from the first game, but no we get the same two options in an even worse options menu. Awesome..... I just hope it doesn't have the jerky/jittery/stutter problem the first one had. I'm going to wait for the DLC stuff to be working before playing. Also it's 5am and I'm well beyond tired so easily annoyed by things.
Edit: Oh yeah and that fully editable config file it's supposed to have? Nowhere to be found.
One thing I did notice in the actual game directory was a DLC folder with 14 separate entries in it. No sir, don't like it.
Not a huge fan of paying full price for games but I bit on this one and am definitely happy. Regarding the DLC, if you went through shopthq.com, then you get the first 3 DLC for free (the season pass I think it's called?) Anyways, it's a really good game and some of the reviews don't even do it justice IMO.... Great soundtrack too!!!
I have to say the first thing that really "struck" me about the game was the soundtrack. The part where you go up the first elevator to the crowfather and the music kicked in, that was amazing.
This is really becoming one of my favorite game soundtracks, Jesper knocked it out of the park and made a memorable one here.
Push esc and click options to get the basic options.
However if you want to change key bindings you have to go into the moves list menu which doesnt' make much sense.
Push O to open the oracle, click on the far right icon in the top right that looks like a controller. Then under that you should see new icons, click on the far right one there that looks like a scythe to see the key bindings and change what you want.
so most of you are enjoying this?... this or sleeping dogs... hmmmm
What is up with these mediocre blurry 2008 textures?
Why does death look like crap on the inventory screen? This is an awful port.

The actual game seems like it is a fair bit better than the original. Despite how much I thought the original was a plagiarising piece of shit, I might give this one a go.
Despite them lying about the port it is still a damn fun game, which makes it such a pity that they're completely ignoring any posts about their promises.
Just got an answer from THQSlegehammer on a stream: No config file and what we see is what we get. They wanted to do a config file but they said they weren't able to.
Absurd. How about giving us some friggin' menu options?
I can go back to links that I posted earlier in this thread including this playthrough the devs did with the PC version and some of the things they said.
I feel duped. This is the same barebones job they did on part 1.
Who do we blame for this? THQ? Vigil? Both?
THQ put out Saints Row 3 and the PC version of that was beautifully done so what goes on here?
Yeah I know what you mean. I don't think I'll ever pre-order another THQ title. I'll wait and see if they keep their promises in the future.
Whenever I go to the pause menu to change anything, the game just flat out locks up.
Plus, it has that same weird choppy camera from the first one. It was butter on my 5870, but I can't get it to run well on Nvidia hardware to save my life.
Wish I hadn't gotten it...stupid DLC items you have to pre-order to get![]()
