CyanogenMod (Android)

I've got MIUI on my old HTC Incredible and plan to slap CM7 on my new GS2.

CM more so, i've played around with MIUI, but it had the same limitations (in some ways) as what I hated on iOS.....namely its so dam cluttered IMHO compared to my android screens...

I run CM7 on my Droid Incredible.

Got my DInc day one. Bought the extended battery soon as it came out just to make it through the day with normal usage. But now with CM7 I can make it through the day with no problems on the normal 1300 mAh battery (although I use a 1500 I got on eBay for a few bucks). If I forget to plug my phone in overnight, battery loss is 5% or less. It's pretty sweet. :)

Ran CM and only CM since it was released on my old Evo 4G. I'm waiting for them to iron out a few of the bugs in the release for my new Epic 4G Touch before flashing it on there.

AOSP for life.

I've ran CM7.1 on my HTC Evo, the GPS was funky and the bluetooth didn't work with my stereo headset. I'm now running a overclock kernel with a ROM that is a optimized version of the original. 1.3ghz, fully functional and no slow downs from bloatware.

I did both MIUI as well as CM7 on both my Captivates as well as my Infuse. They were both good, but they never did reach "stable", so I always ended up going back to modded leaks.

CM is barely AOSP at this point.

I've used CM7 on my Nook Color and my Fascinate. Worked great.

Yup, though, IMO, it's definately one of the better done custom ROMs, if not among the best, for many devices.

I'll agree with that. CM was fun when I had it, I just needed a phone I could rely on. Not one that would randomly reboot/get caught in a sleeping death.

Still no stable version for Sprint E4GT, I tried a rom last night, GPS and 4G didnt work, something was wrong with SMS too. Should be fixed soon though. I cant wait, its has a ridiculous amount of options. Very cool.

CM is great. I thought my Samsung Fascinate was fast with the overclocked kernels and whatnot, but when it got a fully working CM7 build and Glitch kernel it was leaps and bounds better than any of the stock based tweaked roms

If only it had 4G, I'd probably have kept it.

i had them swap mine for the Charge, which doesn't have CM yet, but it is basically the Fascinate with a better larger screen and 4G radio. They are working on a CM9/ICS based port for the Charge now

I'm using CM with my htc desire. Works greats....

Sometime, it would lock and everything on screen would disappear but that's very rare...
