Wussup guys..

About 2 weeks ago i fried my leadtek 6800gt from updating the bios to an ultra one..anyhow, i rma'd it and got my new one today. I let coolbits auto detect my overclock settings and it clocks to 431/1.16...and im pretty sure thats pretty damn good. and there is no artifacts
And my temp is 52 idle 58 max.

so if anyone is looking for a great overlocker, i highly reccomend the leadtek 6800gt

oh stop it...i made a booboo..im not gona pay another 400$ when i have a chance to get a replacement. Yes it was my fault, but now i know not to do it again

Agreed. You broke it, you eat the cost. If you can give one good reason why it was leadteks fault, then you may have reason to RMA. But, it wasnt leadteks fault, it was your own misdoing. No one but you should responcible for that. Its crap like this that makes them have to charge $400 for the card in the first.

Thanks for nothing.

EDIT: Modat, just saw your post asking why everyone is so pissed off, its simple. If leadtek has to send you a new card they could have sold for $400, there gunna get there money back someone. RMAs drive up prices. The more RMAs a company gets the higher their prices get, or the longer before they drop, because they need to recoperate from their losses. You RMAing a card when its your fault it doesnt work, not theres is unethical and wrong. Just dont do it.

im not getting it..why is everyone getting soo pissed off

Because he RMA'd something that he broke. In the end, this ruins it for the consumers because people take advantage of the system.

If u got a freaking problem, PM me and let me know, dont ruin the post just becuase you dont like my "ethics"..people like you do this to everyone. Someone asks a question, you flame them..someone shows off their new product..you flame them..just stfu and keep it to yourself or take it up with them personally.

dont give me the crap saying people rmaing stuff makes the company lose money. Those bastards raise their prices because they know idiots like us buy them..not to recooperate from loses.

Trust me, you were asking for it with a post boasting how you wrongfully RMAed a product, alot of peopel here have a problem with that. You might as well accept it now, until this thread gets locked (and it will), your gunna get openly flamed.
