computer problems inside

My friends new build worked beautify at first now today it has developed a new issue the screen keyboard and mouse will all turn off. he is using a fresh install of windows 7 64bit and all the updated drivers.

4 gig ddr3 1333
1tb sata 6.0g/s wd blue label
750w hx series corsair power supply
ati hd 6870 1 gig xfx card.

It would help if you provided more details about the issue dude.

Also, go read the stickied Basic Troubleshooting Thread and report back after you've done the tests mentioned.

It happened randomly and just started today the case is a nzxt guardian it has scyte ninja 3 for cpu cooler the temperatures are all below 135F. Everything is running at stock voltage and frequency.

The problem is
Randomly the monitor keyboard and mouse will turn off like like it went into sleep mode the pc will remain going and he has to turn it off and then back on to get it back.

i have reseated the ram and the videocard and im waiting to see if it will do it again

Ill get the future mark prime95 and memtest up here later.

Are the settings in the power plan OK?

I always set mine on high performance.

Yep hibernate is disabled monitor never off pretty much basic high performance plan
