Here's what I have as of now:
CPU: Intel 2500k
CPU Fan: Cooler Master Hyper 212
Motherboard: Asus P8P67 rev 3.1
GPU: HIS IceQ X Turbo 6950 2GB
HDD: Samsung 1TB
SSD: Crucial M4 64GB
Powersupply: Corsair 650W
Memory: Corsair Vengeance (2x4gb)
DVD: Asus
Card Reader: Koutech
OS: Windows 7
Keyboard/Mouse: Logitech

Total: $1,277 shipped

My questions are if I am missing anything or if there are any components which I should switch out. As of right now I still haven't chosen a case. Something that I added to my cart added this Case to my shopping cart at zero cost so it's an option but I'm really not a fan. I can't decide whether or not I want the whole light up, windowed case or not. The Antec 900 and Cooler Master Scout look okay all lit up but I'm not sure if that's my thing. I've been looking at the Lian Li ones for simplicity but can't find one I like at a budget less than $100. Any suggestions?

As of right now, I'm hoping that I can buy on Monday. If I can't, the computer wont be purchased til January 13th.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming and photoshop

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
Max is $1,500 but would like to be under if possible.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
USA

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, Motherboard, power supply, memory, hdd, sdd, card reader, dvd, case, gpu, mouse/keyboard, cpu fan, operating system

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
None.

6) Will you be overclocking?
Light overclocking of cpu

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
1920 x 1080. Currently 1 23" Dell, will be two soon after computer build

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within 2 weeks I will be buying parts

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video (as a backup or main GPU)? etc.
Crossfire is possible down the road, USB 3.0 preferred

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
No.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Does that motherboard have built-in wifi capabilities? I know the Asus boards have bluetooth connectivity. I don't have access to a wired connection at my apartment so wifi is a must.

Are you looking for WiFi or Bluetooth? As far as I know, none of the midrange boards have built-in wifi (neither of the ones listed here do), but as you mentioned, the Asus does have built-in Bluetooth while the MSI doesn't. Probably cheaper to just buy an add-in WiFi card instead of getting a board with it built-in.

Reading comprehension: I failed.

I misread the description of the Asus board a week ago and that false information stuck with me. Okay, now that we have that cleared up...what's a good wireless card? Networking is my weakest link as far as computer knowledge goes. Are the usb operated ones adequate or do I want a more permanent solution with an internal card?

I'd ask over in the Networking subforum, I'm sure they can give you some good suggestions. I'd say you probably want a card-based on though, as every USB one I've ever owned sucked.

Not a good choice since it's shipped price is only $2 less than this longer warrntied and better supported XFX card:
$270 - XFX HD-695X-CNFC Radeon HD 6950 2GB PCI-E Video Card
Good hard drive but you can get a faster 1TB drive for $30 less:
$126 - Hitachi Desktar 7K1000.D HDS721010DLE630 1TB SATA 6.0Gb/s Hard Drive

The hard drive comes with that free Antec case. I actualy LOL'd when I saw that. Anyway, I would not use that Antec 200 S case as it is cramped and has almost no cable management capabilities. In fact, that's the same issues that the Antec 900 and Coolermaster Scout cases have too. So I don't recommend those cases as well. However I do recommend these cases:
$50 - NZXT Source 210 Elite White with Black Front Trim ATX Case
$70 - Lian Li Lancool PC-K58 ATX Case
$70 - Lian Li Lancool PC-K56 ATX Case
$80 - Lian Li Lancool PC-K58W ATX Case
$65 - Lian Li Lancool PC-K7B ATX Case
$98 - Cooler Master CM690 II Advance ATX Case
$90 - Cooler Master HAF 922 RC-922M-KKN1-GP ATX Case
$100 - Corsair Carbide Series 400R ATX Case
$100 - Lian Li PC-7B Plus II ATX Case

Do you use Photoshop a lot? What version of Photoshop are you using?

Thank you for the GPU and HD suggestions. I also liked a few of those cases that you recommended, and it's nice that a few of them had USB 3.0 on the front which is a feature that I wanted but was having difficulty finding.

I don't use photoshop as much as I'd like to, but that's because I'm currently using a cheap Sony laptop that absolutely cannot run the full photoshop- just doesn't have the power to do it. I use Photoshop elements on my laptop because it is manageable. Also, my laptop has TERRIBLE color rendition so I get nervous when I do any color critical work (recently bought color correction equipment but haven't installed it because of the impending computer build). Once I build my computer it will have CS5.

MoBo wise, very few have built in WiFi, I would suggest you either get a USB dongle or a PCI wireless card, both are relatively cheap (should be able to find a decent one for $20 or so).

In that case, go for this Nvidia card since Adobe software tend to take advantage of Nvidia's CUDA tech:
$295 - eVGA 012-P3-2066-KR GeForce GTX 560 Ti 448 Cores FTW 1280MB PCI-E Video Card

One more thing that I forgot to mention, I plan on hooking up 2 monitors and also a TV to my desktop. I'm going for a 6950 because then I don't need Crossfire/SLI to run the three panels. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

You're correct in a way. However note that either one of the panels has to have DisplayPort or that you must purchase a displayPort to DVI/HDMI adapter. The 3rd video output for AMD video cards has to come from the DisplayPort output on the video card.

I'll have two display ports (monitors) and an HDMI (TV). Does that work or will I need to figure out a different configuration?

Edit: I'm pretty sure that is what you're saying, but I'm not sure if I'm able to have two display ports

Depends on what the card has for outputs. I think most of them have 2 DP outputs, along with a DVI or HDMI. Technically what you want to do will work, as long as the card has the right outputs - and both of the cards linked here have 2 DP ports.

Two Dell U2312HM's. I have one right now which will get my started until my next paycheck.

The TV isn't really going to be used at the same time as the monitors but I don't want to have to switch cords if I want to sit across the room. I'm expecting that if the monitor is switched to a different input source it will cut off the screen space from the computer. Is this true?

Ahh then that'll be fine then. Thought I think you may need to get mini-displayPort to Displayport adapters.

No.
